The PTS Paper Symposium makes especially effective customer dialogue possible. Instead of wasting your time with small talk at some mass meeting, our target group, devoted to paper experts, gives you the opportunity to address someone on a person-to-person basis.
The exhibition is part and parcel of the Symposium. The Symposium is therefore scheduled so that there is adequate time for talks and the participants can visit the exhibition stands regular
- The Symposium participants automatically pass by all exhibition booths at least once a day on their way to lunch.
- Evening entertainment on the first day of the Symposium will take place in the exhibition area.
- The second evening of the Symposium will be free, so that exhibitors will have additional opportunities to strike up a conversation with their customers in an individual framework.
Dates:
The exhibition stands can be set up on Monday, 10th Sept 2012, from 7:00 a.m.
The exhibition stands can be dismantled on Thursday, 13th Sept 2012, from 6:00 p.m. on
Papers will be presented on Tuesday, 11th Sept, to Thursday, 13th Sept 2012
The excursions are scheduled for Friday, 14th Sept 2012
Exhibition space
Exhibition space costs 250,- /sq.m. As soon as the exhibition space has been allocated, you will be sent a floor plan of your exhibition stand together with a detailed Symposium programme and invoice.
Stand modules
On request we are offering 3x2 m stand modules with side walls, front panel and lighting, side board, bistro table and stool for 2200,- (all-in price) each. Further furniture, fittings or equipment may be rented from our stand builders, who will also assist you with labelling, inscriptions etc., if desired.
Tabletop exhibit
We can provide you with tabletop exhibit space if you are simply interested in presenting publicity material in the form of brochures or pamphlets. The fees for a tabletop exhibit space measuring 45 cm x 75 cm (for a maximum of 4 stacks of A4 brochures): 100,- plus VAT.
Entries and advertising in the Symposium proceedings
The Symposium proceedings contains a directory in which you can have the name and address of your company as well as your product line published free of charge in German and English. In addition, it is also possible to have advertising flyers of your company that you have provided (e.g. in colour) bound into the proceedings. The advertising flyers, however, should not be more than two sheets thick (A4 format, grammage 60 150 g/mē). The costs for including such an advertising flyer amount to 300,- plus VAT for a circulation equal to the number of participants (approx. 600).
